This dev build packages the post-`1.1.0031` fixes and polish into a shorter updater note set so the update window stays on-screen.
Highlights
- Added persistent Alert History so missed offline messages and administration notices can be reviewed later.
- Added Save Contact List and Import Contacts from a Saved File using a Mocha contact-list format that preserves categories.
- Improved conversation polish with clickable links, safer link warnings, status banners, sender-name formatting, and better menu coverage.
- Continued voice/video stabilization, then reverted the experimental popped-out 480p transport path for this release to keep calls stable.
- Refined website and Passport pages, including homepage polish, support/error pages, and Member Services cleanup.

- Fixed Alert History opening failures with older or partially initialized client settings.
- Fixed contact-list and header-spacing regressions discovered during testing.
- Kept media relay, PiP, and call handling improvements from the recent call/video work while backing out the glitchy 480p popout experiment.
