Forum Rules and Account Safety

Post by BashfulWizard »

Forum rules

The short version: be helpful, be honest, and do not make the place worse for other people.
  • Be respectful. Disagreement is fine; harassment, slurs, threats, and personal attacks are not.
  • Keep support threads useful. If someone is troubleshooting, do not derail the thread.
  • Do not post spam, scams, referral links, malicious downloads, or misleading instructions.
  • Do not impersonate Mocha staff, moderators, or other users.
  • Do not share private conversations or personal information without permission.
  • Do not upload executables, scripts, installers, cracks, or suspicious archives.
  • Do not try to bypass account restrictions, moderation actions, rate limits, or service protections.
  • Use the correct forum when possible. Moderators may move topics to keep things organized.
Account safety

Mocha staff will never ask for your password.

Do not post:
  • your password
  • password reset links
  • verification links
  • session tokens
  • API keys
  • private account details
  • private logs that contain personal information
If someone asks for your password, reset link, or private token, do not give it to them. Report the message to a moderator.

Bug reports and logs

Logs and screenshots are useful, but review them first. Remove private information such as email addresses, IP addresses, access tokens, or anything you do not want public.

Moderation

Moderators may edit, move, lock, approve, or remove posts to keep the forum safe and readable. Serious abuse may result in account restrictions.

If you need help with a private account issue, contact Mocha support instead of posting sensitive details publicly.
