Mocha Messenger DEV 1.1.0055

This dev build packages the latest client polish, Passport website updates, and service-status/update handling into a single upload-ready release.

Highlights

- Added a shared Messenger info banner for no-contacts guidance and live Mocha service-health notices from Passport.
- Updated the footer connection indicator to reflect healthy, maintenance, and degraded Messenger service states.
- Replaced old visible e-mail-era actions in the classic shell with service-status shortcuts and sign-in-name wording.
- Added a safer scrollable update window with mandatory-update handling and defer-to-next-launch support.
- Preserved the newer conversation and media polish from the current client, including audio meters, alert history, and recent call/media fixes.

Included fixes

- Fixed the updater prompt so long changelogs no longer push the install buttons off-screen.
- Fixed Alert History opening failures and kept the newer options/alert management work intact.
- Fixed Passport status integration so Messenger can surface partial service outages without treating them like a disconnect.
- Packaged the recent Passport website and Member Services cleanup alongside the current client and server state.
