Dev 1.0.0006 Release Notes

Follow-up private beta build focused on polish fixes after the 1.0.0005 dev rollout.

- Adopted the new four-digit development build numbering scheme so versions now display and publish as `X.X.XXXX`, starting with `1.0.0006`.
- Fixed temporary suspension and ban-expiry messages so disconnect dialogs show a readable date and time instead of a raw machine timestamp.
- Fixed deleting a contact from the buddy list so the client no longer hits a cross-thread disconnect error after the server confirms the removal.
