Private beta build focused on administrative controls, live service status, and dev release readiness.

- Added Mocha Administration account, online-user, conversation, announcement, and public status-page controls backed by Passport, Notification Server, and Switchboard admin APIs.
- Added a live website service-status board plus an admin-editable status page that can publish service states, messages, timestamps, and updates to mochachat.net and the client.
- Fixed administrative announcements so they are delivered reliably to connected clients.
- Added separate moderator kick behavior with reason messages, improved ban messaging, and preserved temporary-ban reason details during sign-in failures.
- Fixed the signed-out quick sign-in button so saved-account credentials can sign in directly.
- Fixed startup privacy sync threading, Passport administrative-response parsing, and protocol monitor redaction for session and refresh tokens.
- Added dedicated contact properties, reverse-list, delete-contact, and category-management windows instead of temporary placeholder dialogs.
- Improved conversation behavior by limiting join and leave announcements to group chats, keeping emoticons out of system and file-transfer text, unifying incoming file offers with the transfer strip, and closing conversations on sign-out.
- Improved busy and on-the-phone behavior so chats and alerts request attention without stealing focus, and tightened single-instance client behavior.
- Expanded Options functionality with working startup, background, idle-away, sound-event, proxy, contact grouping, and layout fixes across Preferences and Privacy.
- Refined the classic MSN-style shell with updated menus, better About and Add Contact windows, Service Status linking, and improved toolbar, sidebar, and button polish.
- Hardened the updater, installer, and VPS publish flow with channel-aware packaging, improved changelog presentation, running-instance checks, legacy install migration, and refreshed Passport, Notification Server, and Switchboard dev artifacts for upload.
